By using GiftAidManager, you agree to these terms. If you use the service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm authority to bind that organisation.
GiftAidManager provides software for Gift Aid record management, declaration capture, donation tracking, and claim-preparation support. The service is provided as an operational platform and not as legal or tax advice.
You must keep credentials secure, use authorised users only, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorised access.
You are responsible for ensuring submitted donor and charity data is accurate, lawfully obtained, and appropriate for processing in your organisation's context.
Data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. You must cooperate with reasonable requests needed to handle data-subject rights, compliance investigations, and incident response.
You must not misuse the service, bypass security controls, submit unlawful content, or attempt unauthorised access to data, systems, or other tenant environments.
We aim for reliable operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update functionality, security controls, and operational processes over time.
We may suspend or terminate access where required for security, legal compliance, or material breach of these terms.
To the extent permitted by law, GiftAidManager is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
